Standard rates

Day delegate rate £40.00 per person minimum of 10 delegates

Includes hire of either the Stour of the Regency Rooms, 3 servings of tea and coffee and snacks, two-course lunch, pads & pencils, one flipchart and screen.

24hour delegate rate £140.00 per person* minimum of 10 delegates

Includes a standard room for single occupancy, breakfast, hire of function room, 3 servings of tea and coffee and snacks, two-course lunch, three-course dinner, one flipchart and screen.

Room hire

Room hire rates include use of the room, pads & pencils, flipchart and screen.

Refreshments £4.00p.p

Refreshments include: bottled water, local juices, teas, coffees and homemade cakes or biscuits

Lunch and dinner

For menu choices please contact us. All drinks will be charged at bar prices. If preferred we can arrange for "finger" food or similar to be served in the meeting room as an alternative for lunch or dinner.

Wifi

There is WI FI access throughout the hotel at no charge.

Booking and cancellation policy

10% deposit on confirmation, plus credit card details. The balance is to be paid on checkout. We operate a 10 day cancellation period, i.e. between 5-10 days before date of arrival inclusive, there will be a 50% charge; 2-4 days inclusive a 75% charge and within 1 day of arrival a 100% charge.
