Our head chef and his team have helped to create bar & brasserie and dinner menus  that vary according to seasonal availability, and will appeal to customers who like the freshest foods simply cooked to bring out their fullest natural flavours. Local fish and seafood, salt marsh lamb, vegetables, salads and herbs from nearby farms, all play a role.

The wine list is carefully chosen from the major wine growing regions of Europe, South America, South Africa and Australasia.

We retained our AA Rosette for The Old Dining Room and Breakfast Award by Enjoy England, England's official tourism website in February 2011. Congratulations to Head Chef Steve Piddock and team.
