

All 34 en-suite rooms have been redecorated and upgraded with new ensuite bathrooms and showers, the use of natural fabrics, the very best mattresses, soft feather or hypoallergenic pillows and duvets, Egyptian cotton sheets, thick fluffy white towels and bespoke toiletries.
All accommodation rates quoted are inclusive of a continental or cooked breakfast. From the buffet, a basket of freshly baked croissants, pain au chocolat and mixed breads, fresh fruit salad, fruit basket, selection of cereals, homemade jams and marmalades, local honey, local yoghurts - selection of plain or live, home baked ham and napoli salami and a platter of sliced cheese. There is a selection of local orchard juices and orange juice. For a cooked breakfast choose from local free range eggs (poached, boiled, scrambled or fried), grilled, smoked or unsmoked bacon, herb sausages, mushrooms, fresh grilled tomatoes or smoked whiting or kippers.
There is normally a minimum booking of two nights at weekends June to September, either Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday. However, we are now taking one night bookings on Saturdays, subject to availability, on selected weekends in July. Please contact us for details.
We can accommodate pets in some of our Rooms by prior arrangement for £5 per pet, please contact us for further details.
For bookings of 1 or 2 rooms at the time of booking, credit card details will be taken. If there is no credit card available we will ask for a 10% deposit of the total cost by cheque. For cancellations made 48 hours before the date of arrival the full charge of the booking will be made to the credit card.
With group bookings (3 rooms or more) we require a deposit of 30% of the total cost. We operate a 28 day cancellation period, i.e. between 5-28 days before date of arrival inclusive, there will be a 50% charge; 2-4 days inclusive a 75% charge and within 48 hours of arrival a 100% charge.
