Booking and cancellation policy:
For bookings of 1 or 2 rooms at the time of booking, credit card details will be taken. If there is no credit card available we will ask for a 10% deposit of the total cost by cheque, maestro card or visa debit. For cancellations made 48 to 24 hours before the date of arrival, 50% of the full booking costs will be charged to the credit card. If a cancellation is made on the booked date of arrival, the full charge of the booking will be made to the credit card. With group bookings (3 rooms or more) we require a deposit of 30% of the total cost. We operate a 28 day cancellation period, i.e. between 5-28 days before date of arrival inclusive, there will be a 50% charge; 2-5 days inclusive a 75% charge and within 48 hours before arrival a 100% charge.
