There’s traditional snacks and pub meals available from the bar menu, or modern British cuisine from our a la carte selection. The bar and restaurant flow effortlessly into one another, but each retains its own individual character, with a marvellous menu to match.
Our seasonal menus promise innovative creations with something for everyone, including an interesting selection of vegetarian choices. And when it comes to choosing a drink to complement your dish, you’ll be spoilt for choice - with a wide range of Kentish ales from Britain’s oldest brewer Shepherd Neame, international lagers, and wines from family-owned new and old world vineyards.
The Old Dining Room
The Bell Hotel has undergone extensive refurbishment in recent years, retaining its period features while offering the very latest in contemporary style and luxury. Feature lighting and mirrors have been used to create a more intimate environment in the Old Dining Room, where you can enjoy our delicious à la carte menu.
Bar and Brasserie
For a more informal dining experience, why not relax in our modern bar and brasserie? Here you can enjoy traditional snacks and pub meals, or sample modern British cuisine from the á la carte menu. If the weather is fine, you can even dine alfresco on the dining terrace overlooking the medieval Barbican.
Private Dining
Our private dining experience is proving popular with individual and corporate parties, with guests enjoying a delicious four course meal. Our Old Dining Room can accommodate up to 30, while our Regency Suite can seat up to 80.
